Back on the block

So, here we are again.

No, nothing calamitous has happened, no major explosions or changes, just live going on as normal. Well, scratch that, better than normal. Sure, there’s been some crazy shit going on in the past few months, but you can put all of that next to being with the true love of my life and I’m still coming out light years ahead.

No real major changes, just me being damn happy and happy about it. Work is challenging, a bit more so lately, but I’m hoping things will calm down after the holidays. Allie and Kenzie are quite well. Everything is just so damn perfect it makes for boring writing, which I guess is another reason I’ve been not around lately. Of course, I forced myself to come back after I paid $15 to keep the domain alive, and it just seems foolish to have a domain and just not use it. So I’m going to try to keep up with this a little bit more (of course, I couldn’t keep up with it less).

Yes, Kenzie and I saw Serenity, and Goblet of Fire, and King Kong, all of which were great. I highly recommend checking those out if you haven’t yet. The X-Men 3 trailer is out there, and it looks like that’s going to be a great movie too.

The other night Kenzie and I were in bed playing 20 Questions, which we’ve found is a fun way to pass the time when you can’t sleep, although sometimes we’re both too good at it. She got mad at me because she couldn’t guess “clay, and I got mad because I couldn’t guess “Ginger Spice, but the she took the cake. It went something like this…

Me: Okay, I’ve got one.
Her: Alright. Person, place or thing.
Me: Well, it’s a place…but it’s also kind of a thing.
Her: …is it Stonehenge?
Me: Oh, come on!

Because it was Stonehenge, and how do you get that right away on one question? With a great and powerful brain like hers, that’s how.

Well, I’ll continue to update, hopefully with more regularity (there couldn’t possibly be less), although I don’t think I’ll be sending out the emails anymore, just because it’s a little too time consuming. But don’t worry, I’ll make it worth your while.

Having the time of my life, I remain…
